At Purpose Driven Mama Boutique, every piece is made with love and printed on demand just for you. Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item or size was received
• Printing error on the item

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at byrdtenisha1@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Return Address: Purpose Driven Mama Boutique 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items without defects or errors
• Items returned after 30 days
• Sale or clearance items
